WHAT TO EXPECT

During this assessment, you can expect to encounter scenarios and questions related to the following interview skills: Preparation and Research: Assessing your ability to prepare for an interview by researching the company, its values, mission, and the position you are applying for. You may be asked to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the organisation, its industry, and relevant current events. Effective Communication: Evaluating your communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication. This may involve assessing your ability to articulate your thoughts clearly, actively listen, maintain eye contact, and exhibit appropriate body language. Answering Behavioral Questions: Testing your ability to provide thoughtful and concise responses to behavioural questions. You may be presented with scenarios and asked to describe how you would handle specific situations or provide examples of past experiences that demonstrate relevant skills and qualities. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Assessing your ability to think analytically and solve problems.
